I ordered a flag from usflagstore.com and, to be fair, it showed up quickly, so they’ve got that part figured out. The flag itself was a bit of a letdown though. The material feels thinner and cheaper than I expected, and after just a little time outside, the edges already look like they’re going to wear out sooner than they should. It’s not terrible or anything, but for the price, I was expecting something that felt a little more durable.

I was a little surprised by the prices. For a simple flag order, I expected it to feel more reasonable. Better value, I guess.

Once I got to the total, it just didn’t feel worth it to me. Nothing really stood out as a deal. Just more expensive than I had in mind.

Maybe it works for other people, and that’s fine. But I probably wouldn’t order again. Felt like I could find something similar for less somewhere else.

The flag felt really thin right out of the package, and the stitching didn’t seem great either. After a short time, it started ripping, so yeah, disappointing overall.

I tried using U.S. Flag Store and got frustrated fast. The site feels cluttered, and it took way longer than it should have to find what I was looking for. The menu didn’t really help, and I kept clicking around like I was missing something obvious.

Checkout wasn’t much better. I had to go back a couple times because details weren’t clear, and some of the policies felt like they had little loopholes that could work in their favor if something went wrong. Maybe other people have an easier time with it, but I gave up quickly. Not a great experience.

the shipping was the biggest letdown for me. I ordered a flag for a family event and paid extra for faster delivery because the site made it seem like it would get there on time. Instead, it arrived 4 days late, and there weren’t many updates along the way.
The flag itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the whole delivery situation was stressful. I might order again, but only if I had plenty of extra time and didn’t need it for a specific date...

I ordered a flag from usflagstore.com, i was disappointed when it arrived. The colors were way off compared to the pictures online, the red looked dull and almost orange, and the blue had this faded, odd look to it.
I know colors can vary a little depending on your screen, but this wasn’t just a small difference. It made the whole flag look cheap, which was frustrating. I don’t think I’d order from them again

When it showed up, something just felt off right away. The box was crushed, and the flag had gotten dirty somehow. Not the best first impression.

I ordered a specific flag size and ended up getting a different one than what I paid for. Kind of frustrating, especially since I needed it for this weekend and now I’m stuck trying to figure out... I mean, checking the order before shipping shouldn’t be that hard.

I’ve emailed customer service twice now and still haven’t heard anything back. It’s frustrating, and I’d at least expect an apology for being ignored this long

I ordered this flag because I thought I was getting something definitely made in the USA, but when it arrived, the packaging and label didn’t really make that clear. Maybe I overlooked something, but it wasn’t what I expected based on the listing. I was hoping for total confidence on where it was made, and I just didn’t feel like I got that. Probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I returned my order, but my refund still hasn’t come through. The whole return process was really frustrating and just not a good experience.

I was hoping to find a flag like the one my dad used to hang outside our house, but the selection felt limited. I couldn’t find the size or design I had in mind, so I ended up leaving and ordering from another place instead.
